Week 13 - Worst Day

Was feeling so cold while taking my have to eat breakfast. Not much appetite actually. Not feeling really well and decided to go to the bed and cover myself with blanket.

Lie on my bed and fall aslp from 10am to 4pm with every 2hrs interval of vomitting and feeling so uncomfortable. Even skipped my lunch and not feeling hungry. Vomitted out every single thing in the stomach including water.

Feeling terrible.

I knew i had to eat something for dinner although i know i will puke it all out. True enough everything was puked out 2hrs after dinner.

I felt so bad that i know i need to take that nausea medicine which will cause me dizziness.

Had the medicine and slept from 8pm to the next morning 9am.

Woke up and felt better.

Luckily havent puke since morning else i think i will have difficulties going outbase to see the gynae. Thank goodness.

Not sure what happen but i just pray hard that it wont happen again because i wont have the luxury to have anyone take care of Kboy so last minute the whole day also.

Week 12 - Sudden feel of big stomach

Didnt really eat alot but why my 3month baby bump like so big suddenly? 

I dont wanna deliver a 3kg huge baby please.... 

Week 12 - Papa Overseas for 17 days

Papa away Day 3.

This pregnancy is alittle different.

The food that i crave are usually salty food.

Pears with salt
Grapes
Lays crackers bbq flavour
Honeydew

I am not a fan of a coffee a day but now i need that cup of coffee every morning. Else i feel like puking the whole day. Very sinful. I am trying to cut down buy just making half a cup instead of a full cup. I hope it does help a little.

Wanted to bring kor kor out to play but the summer sun keeps me at home all day. Its like 34 degrees everyday? I dread the hot feeling outside. The last time i went out was 2 weeks ago for gynae check up. After that, i feel uncomfortable for 2 straight days. I dont want the feeling to come back again.

Myth to eliminate morning sickness is to use slow cooker to cook one black chicken with 7 dried mushrooms and to make 3 times to drink. I finished my 3 times. Whenever i drink that i feel like so much better. Not sure if its just coincidence or it really helps. And now i love that soup. But black chicken is selling expensive here. Better not waste.

I hope i will get better each day because my parents are going back in 3 weeks time.

Week 12 - My 33 Birthday

Letting me feel better each day is my only wish right now

During my 2nd Gynae Check Up, heard the baby's fast heartbeat at 150. Gynae says it's normal for a baby inside. So i guess everything is just fine.

KPapa is going for overseas work for 2 weeks coming Thursday 10 Aug. I hope all is well.

I am good yesterday with no vomit. I hope this continue till the day i give birth. I know it's still a long way to go. But having to uave such bad morning sickness with a 2yo kid around is a terrible and worst nightmare.

My wish ........ Please let me feel better and easy days ahead for me and baby. Hoping for a fast delivery on that day.... please.... i know painless is something which cannot be avoided.... but i hope their epidural is really working.
